Terms and Conditions for Real Learning English Classes
Purpose
These classes are designed to enhance your spoken English, communication skills, public speaking abilities, and overall personality development through interactive sessions, practical activities, and personalized feedback.
Fee and Refund Policy
Participants understand and acknowledge that the fee for enrolling in these classes is generally non-refundable. However, a 15-day refund policy is available under the following conditions:
- The participant must attend all scheduled classes within the first 15 days.
- The participant must actively participate in class discussions and activities with full focus.
- The participant must complete and submit all homework assignments daily and on time.
- The participant must demonstrate genuine effort and commitment to the learning process.
If these conditions are met and the participant is still not satisfied with the classes, they may request a refund within the first 15 days of enrollment. The request must be made in writing, detailing the specific issues faced. Our team will then review the request and determine whether a refund is warranted based on the provided information and the participant’s adherence to the conditions.
Class Validity
Enrollment in each class package is valid for a specific duration as indicated at the time of registration. After this period, participants may be required to renew their enrollment to continue their learning experience.
In case of an emergency where the participant needs to take leave, they must inform the team first. If approved, they will be given a one-month backup within six months after the course’s end date.
Enrollment Criteria
Enrollment is open to individuals who are committed to actively participating in classes, adhering to class rules, and contributing constructively to the learning environment.
Respectful Conduct
Participants are expected to treat instructors and fellow learners with respect, courtesy, and kindness. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
Language Usage
The primary language of communication during classes is English. Participants are encouraged to communicate in English at all times to practice and enhance their language skills.
Content Guidelines
Participants are responsible for the content they share during class sessions. All materials should be relevant to the learning objectives, educational, and respectful of diverse viewpoints.
Participants will not be provided with any study material; they must make their own notes. However, they can be provided with the PPTs used in class for teaching. The teacher and trainer will always be available for help and any kind of assistance.
Homework and Assignments
As part of the learning experience, participants may be required to complete homework assignments or projects. These assignments are designed to reinforce learning and provide practical application of skills.
Submission Deadlines
Assignments and homework must be submitted within the specified timeframe to ensure timely feedback and continuity in the learning process.
Quality and Effort
Assignments should demonstrate effort, creativity, and relevance to the assigned task or topic. Participants are encouraged to use these opportunities to practice speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
Active Participation
Participants are encouraged to actively engage in class discussions, share learning resources, ask questions, and provide support to fellow learners. Passive participation, such as attending classes without contributing, is discouraged.
Class Etiquette
Participants should avoid disrupting the class with irrelevant messages or excessive use of emojis and unrelated media. Discussions should remain focused on the learning objectives.
Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of fellow participants. Avoid sharing personal information or private messages without consent. What is shared within the class should remain within the class.
Moderation
The instructors reserve the right to moderate discussions, enforce class rules, and remove participants who violate the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Updates and Amendments
These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Participants will be informed of any changes. By continuing to participate in the classes, you agree to the revised terms.
